Shipping policy

 

Free Standard Delivery Schedule & Arrangements 

Our standard shipping includes all urban areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.  For your convenience, we have partnered with local couriers to deliver at the best possible times.  

Delivery Schedule: 

• Our Standard shipping time is 2 - 4 Business days from the date of your order. 
• Deliveries take place 7 days a week between 9 am to 8 pm. 
• Deliveries on public holidays are subject to couriers working hours. 

Upon any circumstances where we cannot meet the delivery schedule, we will notify you beforehand.
