We charge HK$500 Store Credit on the 1st of the month, not a membership fee! You spend that full HK$500 on supplies, and as a member, you get the entire club, the free coffee, and all the exclusive perks at no extra cost.

You can use your credit for all online shopping (premium food, treats, supplies) and for in-store purchases, including exclusive human perks like specialty beverages from our curated menu.

The credit is cumulative and does not expire. Feel free to save up your balance for a large item or bulk food purchase.

Our club is designed for integrated enjoyment—a dedicated space for both dogs and their humans to socialise together. Therefore, you must remain inside the club with your dog at all times. Leaving your companion unattended on the premises is not permitted, ensuring a safe, consistent experience for all our members.

Yes, absolutely! We love celebrating our members. The space is available free of charge for up to 2 hours to celebrate your dog's birthday with their canine and human friends. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis, and you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Should you need more time, you can extend your celebration at a preferential hourly member rate. Yes, outside food, drinks, and dog treats are permitted in the club space. We would, however, genuinely appreciate it if you explored our curated specialty drinks menu and our premium line of dog treats and food, as this supports the club. For the safety of all our canine members, please note that glass containers are strictly not permitted in the club at any time

Toys are not permitted. This rule is in place purely for safety reasons in order to minimize possession aggression.
